Dr. Frasca is a board-certified general & vascular surgeon who is currently serving patients at Specialty Vein Care in Norfolk, Massachusetts. Specialty Vein Care is a full-service vein treatment center, addressing all types of venous conditions. Dr. Frasca is a long time Massachusetts resident, graduating from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and serving an internship and residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton. He has also served as chief resident of general and vascular surgery at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and senior clinical instructor at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Frasca is board-certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
